Known Errors
These are the known errors in our products, logged as reported with versions and platforms affected as well as corrections and work-arounds.
This list is largely historical, since it records all problems that have been reported throughout G&R history. Only the most recently reported problems still exist, unless you are using a very old copy of the product, in which case you should update the product to the most recent version.
In heavy load situations, with many sessions, after several months without restarting, Ggate could hang with a 100% CPU usage. This was due to a limitation in the Ggate monitor interface. This problem does not occur with HostLinks 6.4. Work-around: if Ggate monitor is not used, disable this extension using "gg_tcp.exe -mon off" in the garservergservicegservice.cfg startup file or schedule a Hostlinks servers restart a bit more frequently.
